In August 2022, Coach O attended the Phil Handy Training Camp, which is a coach certification clinic held in Los Angeles. Phil Handy is a three-time world champion coach, having won three world championship titles as an assistant coach with the Los Angeles Lakers
This camp brings coaches and trainers from all over the country under one roof to improve their craft in developing NBA and future NBA athletes.
Some of the notable athletes in attendance were Norman Powell and Reggie Jackson (Los Angeles Clippers), Josh Giddey (Oklahoma City Thunder), and Dyson Daniels (New Orleans Pelicans).
Phil is a humble coach who does not mind sharing his expertise with others.
