Coach O was blessed to receive a call from Chris Paul’s personal staff inviting him to participate as a Coach/Trainer in the Chris Paul South Regional Middle School Combine.
From his experience as Nike Camp Director, Coach O was aware this opportunity would allow him to pass his knowledge of the game to his community, so the answer was yes!
On November 18th , the OBE Founder traveled to Dallas Texas to work the Chris Paul South Regional Middle School Combine where over 480 of the best middle school athletes gathered in Frisco, TX at the SWAC Center.
Coach O was in charge of developing and teaching them basketball drills with an emphasis on detail. Coach O ended the camp with a 11-0 record, even winning the All-Star Game.
